July 30 Farm Stand
We are thrilled with all of the rain we got this week. Plants are lapping it up and enjoying every drop. Unfortunately, it may have been a little too late for our melons and winter squash, but we're keeping our fingers crossed they pull through. We thought our tomatoes would be in full force by this week's farm stand, but only a few have started to ripen. There are lots on the vine though so hopefully we'll be drowning in them soon.
For now, here's what we'll have at the farm stand Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in Blawnox.
Zucchini
Crookneck Squash
Yukon Gold Potatoes
Pear Yellow Tomatoes
Heirloom Tomatoes (Our first few!)
